On my back doorstep

Not far north of Christchurch in North Canterbury, New Zealand is the small village in which I have lived for the last 26 years. These are a few pics of my neighborhood today ……… much busier than when we arrived 26 years ago, but still full of good folk, life long friends, great memories and plenty of history.

While spending 6 months in Seattle in 2016 I started this blog to keep my boys and other family and friends back home in New Zealand up to date with our adventures. Now back home and living in a beautiful North Canterbury Village I photograph and write mostly about everyday life - our travels and anything else that makes me smile.
